Utilizing visual analysis coupled with the historic information, we are able to assess the needs of the roof itself and the urgency for which action needs to be taken –  from a simple repair to complete replacement. We use only top quality materials including GAF 30 year shingles, ice and water barrier, 15 lb felt paper and EPDM rubber roofing. All work areas are cleaned daily and at the end of the construction project. We will gladly clean your gutters at no extra cost to you with any roof replacement.
